Welcome to the BlueStar Games Community Forum! BlueStar Games is owned and operated by Splash Game Studios. This is a general summary of our Forum Guidelines, and all rules can be found below. The Forum Guidelines are governed by the BlueStar Games Community Standards and the Splash Games Services Agreement. Your Forum Account

As a user on our forum, your account and the content posted within that account is your responsibility. Our moderators reserve the right to penalize your account if you're found violating our guidelines. As a general reminder, if you say something that other users might not like, just keep it to yourself.

Your Forum Banner, Profile & Username

As a part of this forum, users are allowed to customize their banner and profile image. However, users are restricted on creating and posting inappropriate, sexual, or harmful content.

Banner

You may have a banner on the forum. The forum cannot reference anything which violates the guidelines and must be suitable for all users. If we see anything inappropriate, we will remove this feature for all users.

Profile

Your profile can be anything that is not against the rules. If users abuse this, we will make your Roblox profile the default profile for all users.

Username

Your username on this forum will be your Roblox account. You will not be allowed to change your forum username and must be verified with your Roblox account.

Do not spam

Your replies, comments, and responses must be thoughtful and have meaning behind what you wrote. If something is seen as off-topic, irrelevant, or posted over and over again; this is classified as spam. If you're replying to someone's post, do not say "First!" or anything which can be disruptive.

Before creating a new topic, or asking a new question, consider using the Search function to see whether it has already been addressed. If it has, post your new topic only if the previous thread has already been closed. Note that if you believe that your topic is related to an existing one but with significant differences, feel free to create a new topic (but make sure to address the difference).

Do not advertise other services

These forums define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services, and/or other websites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums, etc.

Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users.

Do not behave inappropriately

The content that you posted on this forum must be appropriate and not seen as negative to nature. This includes talking about inappropriate conversations which are unrelated to the topic and may disturb other users trying to get answers. You're not permitted to use profanity behavior, especially in a rude and disrespectful way to users and forum employees. If you're found behaving inappropriately, you will be moderated.

Making Posts

When making posts, they must be clear and relevant to the discussion being discussed. If a user sees a response unrelated, they can 'flag' the topic to get the attention of our moderators and administrators. If our team sees a problem with the post, your post will get hidden or deleted. If you continue to make posts that are inappropriate or violate the Services Agreement or Community Standards, your account will be suspended.

Do not post “offensive” posts, links, or images

Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting.

Remain Respectful ("An Open Space For Everyone")

All posts should be professional and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective.

However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community. It does not matter what title or power you hold in these forums, you are expected to obey this rule.

Asking for Help

This forum was designed to connect with users and talk about BlueStar Games, the game Tycoon Innovator and ideas you may have to share about the game, updates, or suggestions you may have. If you need assistance, you may ask it on the forum, but certain support is prohibited on the forum, such as:

You may not ask for assistance on bans, appeals, or strikes. If your account was banned from the Community Server or Tycoon Innovator game, there's not much we can do on the forums. The team is unable to assist you on the forum with moderation issues. You'll need to create a ticket and file a 'Case Review' and have it reviewed by our moderation team.
You may not discuss Roblox or Discord bans. We cannot unban your Roblox or Discord accounts from the website. You'll need to contact Roblox and Discord Customer Service for those inquiries.

We’ve listed more in-depth the community forum rules. Please review all the rules posted below to have an understanding of what we request from all forum users.

Community Rule 1

Your content on the forum may not count as spam, manipulated content, or content that has no relevance to the discussion. If you’re interested in posting a topic, you should visit the search bar and search whether a similar post has been posted. If not, proceed to make your post. When using the forum, please avoid doing actions that result in spam:

Do not spam in discussions by users seeking to gain answers and knowledge on a certain topic or point.
Do not spam in private messages with other users, BlueStar Games Employees, or Discussion Moderators and Administrators.
Do not spam just to violate our Community Standards, Forum Guidelines, and the Splash Games Services Agreement
Do not create posts that mislead users or give a broad misrepresentation of a viewpoint on the post title, or the post itself.
Do not create posts to impersonate users, including forum staff and BlueStar Employees.

If you see something which is not in compliance with our guidelines, flag the report and a moderator will mark the post ‘under review’

Community Rule 2

You must be a minimum of thirteen years or older to access this forum and create an account. If you’ve found under thirteen, your account will be closed, and recreating accounts will result in a permanent ban from the forum.

All posts must be appropriate, they cannot have NSFW (Not-Safe-For-Work) content that contains pornographic/sexual content, gore, or content labeled and classified as ‘Rated R’.
All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Do not post anything in a posted message that you would not want the world to see or that you would not want anyone to know came from you.
Joking about being under thirteen will get your forum account deleted without exceptions even if you are above thirteen. The account will not be reinstated and will be pending deletion from the community forum.

Community Rule 3

Your content on the forum must not discuss personal or occurring issues connecting to the real world, such as the following:

Politics
Religion
Generally controversial topics
Conspiracy theories that pertain to any of the above
Racial or offensive slurs
Sexual orientation
Reveal personal information about yourself or someone else

Community Rule 4

As a member of the community forum, you must respect other users of the forum. Please avoid doing the following:

Submitting troll responses which are to provoke individuals or a group of people.
Disrespecting users and staff based on one's opinion of what was written on the post. Keep your opinion to yourself!
Do not bully users, or harass them, this includes sexually through private messages or public discussions.
Do not target or provoke users.
Do not call out users for incorrectly using the forum categories, you should flag their posts.

If you see users violating the forum rules and are making you upset, consult with a moderator and have the content reviewed. You may file a forum ticket request here.

Community Rule 5

You're not permitted to advertise other services, other than official services approved by us or community partners either acquired by Splash Game Studios or general brand partners.

Discussions discussed throughout the forum should be related to Tycoon Innovator or other games operated by us. Do not discuss other games on the forum.
Do not advertise other Roblox games, groups, or general services whether they're on Roblox or Discord unless used for educational purposes to educate a topic, such as community resources are permissible and permitted.
Do not advertise suspicious services with suspicious links, you will be moderated and your post with the associated link will be deleted.

Community Rule 6

As a member of the forum, you should only have one dedicated account. Do not create alternate accounts to bypass moderation penalties and infractions. Do not create alternate accounts to impersonate, harass or manipulate users.

Community Rule 7

If your post was deleted, you need to consult with a forum moderator and see why your post was deleted. You should be notified when your post was deleted, whether being flagged by the community or the moderator has deemed it inappropriate and a violation of the Community Standards.

Community Rule 8

Your access to use our community discussions must be in compliance with our Terms of Use, the Splash Games Services Agreement, our Privacy Statement and Community Standards.

When using the forum, you must follow and abide by the Community Forum Discussion Guidelines.

Community Rule 9

As the sole proprietor, Splash Game Studios reserves the right to change the forum guidelines. When they're changed, all users will be notified about such changes.
